The Boston Design Center is excited to announce its capstone event, Boston Design Market, the reimagined Fall Market. Join us from October 1 to 2, 2014, the Boston Design Center and more than 50 of its showrooms will be hosting panel discussions, product launches, open houses, workshops, and more.

Boston Design Market will also mark the Boston Design Center’s premiere designer trunk show from September 29 to October 3, 2014.

The BDC is bringing together a panel of top national and local designers for a PechaKucha-style talk; 20 slides per designer for 20 seconds each. This talk will feature Alex Papachristidis, interior designer and author of “Age of Elegance”; Jane Scott Hodges, founder of Leontine Linens; Gary McBournie, interior designer and author of “Living Color”; Charlotte Barnes, owner of Charlotte Barnes Design and Decoration LLC; Elizabeth Lowrey, Principal and Director of Interior Architecture for Elkus Manfredi Architects; and designer Amanda Lindroth. Each of these renowned design professionals will provide a visual history of how they got where they are today. Author signings will take place at the Designer Books and Gifts shop in the Second Floor West Wing space.
